Xan, Henleigh Kate & Knox ~ Acworth, Georgia Child & Family Photographer

One more quick post before another busy week begins!  I’m excited to say that Baby Jack and I survived two weekends’ worth of Fall Mini Sessions… and thankful that we had beautiful weather for both dates – albeit a little colder & quite a bit windier for yesterday’s minis!  Looking forward to working on those images in the next couple of weeks… and maybe even sharing a few if time allows!

I had the pleasure of working with this beautiful family recently and once again am extremely blessed to call these five our neighbors.  I must say we have some precious (& beautiful!) families living around us and I am so thankful my son (soon-to-be ‘sons’!) have such sweet little neighbor friends to grow up around.

Xan is the big brother in this bunch and is followed by his twin brother and sister, Knox and Henleigh Kate.  Even as I edit these images, I cannot believe how much these kiddos have grown up… I honestly still feel like the twins should be tiny babies!

I love that I finally had the opportunity to photograph this sweet family… Brianne and Justin, thank you so much for sharing your crew with me… hope you’ll enjoy some of my favorites so far!

I just had to share this last one.  Originally I labeled this one as an “outtake”, but the more I looked at it the more I loved how well it captured the way I see Brianne.  At playgroups and outings, we’ve always commented on how beautifully she parents these three.  While at times I felt like I was a frazzled mess with my ONE child (older than all 3 of hers, mind you), she so patiently and gracefully handles her crew.  I love how this image captures the love and happiness that this mama shares with her sweet kiddos.

  • Brianne - I LOVE these!!! I knew I would. Karen you are so talented! You not only captured great images, you captured the personality and essence of each of my three children – for that, there are no words to describe my gratitude. Much love and many thanks! The Honakers
